My imagery is informed by what Aldous Huxley once described as "the sinister otherness of familiar things."

My childhood memories of religious iconography, film noir's shadows and light, as well as a profound sense of wonder about the universe itself and "the mystery of mysteries" all play a vital role in my visual language.

In the words of Francis Bacon, "I strive to deepen the mystery."

My practise is on-going, taking place wherever I am, with intuition as my compass.
I seldom work on specific projects depicting certain people or places.

The images presented here are a small sample of my work.
